Vishwanath Upadhaya the founder, so far experienced in trade of valves and pipe fittings had a dream to go for manufacturing of these products, formed Upadhaya Valves with its first manufacturing unit in 1971.

Demand of Upadhaya valves and pipe fittings from overseas markets that has been continued and spread over two dozen countries. Upadhaya Valves has won several awards for export excellence and has subsequently been recognized as Export House by Government of India. Upadhaya Valves and fittings are widely in use today in Steel, Chemical, Fertilizer Plants, Petroleum Industries, Thermal Power Plants, Paper Mills, Sugar Mills, Water Works, Sewerage Systems and several other places where efficient fluid handling is important.
